The Michaels Companies Inc. operates Michaels craft stores in the United States. This position involves delivering friendly customer service, helping shoppers locate products, and ensuring a fast, accurate checkout experience.

Team members unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store while supporting Omni channel processes such as BOPIS and SFS. Advancement includes educating customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, and completing VOC

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Customer-focused and able to help customers find solutions
• Able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks

Responsabilités

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling
• Engage customers with Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS)
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes
• Merchandise recovery and store maintenance including returns/go back
• Store in stock optimization and AD set duties as assigned
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact respectfully with others; model company values
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
• Other duties as assigned
