Job summary

Autism Family is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with a 4-year-old child with ASD in the Poinciana, FL area. This morning case offers meaningful impact in a home-based setting as you support ABA therapy and family collaboration.

You will implement programs under a BCBA, collect progress data, and help develop communication, social, and daily living skills while maintaining safety and structure.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (BACB) required.
• Female candidate required per family preference.
• English fluency required for communication with family and clinical team.
• Prior experience with ASD and ABA is required.
• Availability during morning hours on a consistent schedule.
• Reliable, punctual and professional with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs and behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy sessions with a 4-year-old client during morning hours.
• Collect accurate data on client progress, behaviors, and skill acquisition.
• Support communication, social, and daily living skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and structured learning environment.
• Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA and family regarding client progress.
• Follow all session protocols, behavior support plans, and ethical guidelines.
