Job summary

Accurate ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA, helping individuals with developmental disabilities and other needs. You will provide one-on-one therapy in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings, collect data, support treatment goals, and collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must have RBT certification issued by the BACB.
• Completion of 40-hour ABA training and competency assessment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by the BCBA.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy in homes, schools, clinics, and community settings.
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development of individualized treatment goals.
• Implement behavior reduction procedures to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Provide feedback to the BCBA on client progress and observations.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals.
• Participate in supervision sessions with the BCBA.
