Job summary

Familylinks is seeking a Full-Time Registered Behavioral Technician to provide group behavioral interventions for children and youth diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The RBT will work under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and be part of a clinical team making a positive impact.

Applicants must be registered as a RBT and have at least two years of experience. The position offers flexible hours and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and generous PTO.

• Registered as an RBT with BACB in good standing.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a relevant role.
• Strong communication and crisis management skills.
