Job summary

Creating Balance Inc is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy in the Altamonte Springs area. You will implement programs under BCBA supervision, collect data, and support clients across home, clinic, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in psychology, education or related field.
• Experience working with individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and DTT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and Level 2 screening.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations in Altamonte Springs area.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under supervision of BCBA.
• Collect accurate data on client behavior and skill acquisition during sessions.
• Utilize evidence-based behavioral intervention strategies to support client goals.
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to clients in home, clinic, or community settings.
• Maintain detailed session notes and documentation per company standards.
• Communicate progress with supervisors and treatment team.
• Assist in development and review of behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
