Autism Family is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Coral Springs, FL. The morning case offers a flexible schedule and the chance to make a real difference for children with autism and their families.

Under BCBA supervision, you will implement ABA programs, collect data, and apply DTT/NET strategies to promote communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Female candidate is required per client preference.
• Active RBT certification preferred; BT candidates may pursue RBT.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or related developmental disabilities.
• Morning availability with flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation to Coral Springs, FL.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data on client behavior and skill acquisition during each session.
• Use evidence-based techniques including DTT, NET, and behavior intervention strategies.
• Support skill development in communication, social, adaptive, and daily living areas.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and structured therapy environment for the client.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and family regarding client progress.
• Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and treatment protocols with fidelity.
