Responsibilities

• Prepare pastries, cookies and desserts for guests
• Follow recipes and assist in developing new recipes
• Maintain freshness and rotate stock per prep list
• Keep coolers and storage areas neat, organized and sanitary
• Ensure all work areas are safe and report unsafe conditions
• Other duties as assigned
