Hai Hospitality is a multi-concept restaurant group based in Austin, Texas, including Uchi, Uchiko, Uchiba, and Loro. We’re seeking a Pastry Cook to join our kitchen team and help craft memorable desserts for dinner service, along with baking, sauces, and chocolate work.

Shifts run 7am–3pm, offering growth opportunities, competitive benefits, and a collaborative, fast-paced environment where craftsmanship and guest experience come first.

Qualifications

• Must communicate with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Experience in pastry production preferred.
• Must follow safety guidelines and maintain clean workspace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare desserts for dinner service, including baking and chocolate work.
• Assist with sauces and other pastry tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized prep area and stock ingredients.
• Work 7am–3pm in a fast-paced kitchen.
