Competitive pay ranges from $16 to $24 per hour depending on experience and ability, with a supportive culture and growth opportunities, including performance-based raises and holidays off.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate a basic knowledge of recipe unit conversions and garde manger skills.
• Must take direction well and communicate effectively with team members.
• Must manage assigned station and maintain a neat, clean and organized back-of-house space.
• Must exercise quick problem-solving skills to resolve issues that may arise.

Responsibilities

• Execute Executive Pastry Chef’s pastry, dessert and bread recipes to ensure top quality and consistency.
• Manage your assigned pastry station, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and take direction as needed.
• Support the team in maintaining smooth kitchen operations.
