Qualifications

• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and physical.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and clean driving record.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Create and print monthly COA approved menus for clients and drivers.
• Maintain/Input client choice menus and zones on the Servtracker system.
• Monitor, update and report accurate client information for Elderly Services Program and PASSPORT.
• Manage client/care manager calls and emails.
• Communicate with Culinary regarding menus, ingredient books, and client concerns.
• Ensure communication between Director of Transportation and Meals Drivers.
• Maintain and teach the Servtracker Mobile App software.
