Job summary

Meals on Wheels of San Francisco is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to support HDM programs. You will handle client communications, intake, and administrative tasks, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate records.

You will work with clients, caregivers, drivers, and staff, updating Salesforce, coordinating deliveries, and resolving service questions, with a calm, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Relevant customer service or administrative experience; associate degree preferred.
• Proficient with Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and OneDrive; ability to draft emails and manage files.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM; familiarity with GetCare/delivery coordination tools helpful.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to work with culturally diverse clients and colleagues.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, dependable attendance, task ownership, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients and caregivers; provide accurate information on services, meals, ETAs, and procedures.
• Enter, review, and update client information in Salesforce and other approved systems; process service updates and enrollments.
• Monitor email inboxes and task queues; prepare emails, notices, spreadsheets, and reports; support data entry and reporting.
• Coordinate with drivers and operations staff to relay client instructions and resolve delivery concerns; escalate urgent issues as needed.
• Support program intake, enrollment, and coordination across departments; share workload and contribute to a collaborative office environment.
