Job summary

LifeBridge Community Services seeks a Nutritionist Support Specialist to support Meals on Wheels, Café Congregate sites, and office operations. The role involves driving, meal delivery, café management, and administrative tasks to ensure safe, timely meal service for seniors.

Travel to multiple sites and support various program operations as needed. The position emphasizes high customer service standards, food safety, and accurate recordkeeping, with collaboration across teams and regular staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience in food service, delivery, customer service, or administrative office work preferred.
• Bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load meals into coolers each morning and deliver to recipients.
• Maintain meal temperatures, fuel purchases, and vehicle inspections records.
• Manage daily meal service operations at assigned café sites, including ordering and serving.
• Inspect catered deliveries for temperature, quality and quantity; record feedback.
• Provide clerical support to Senior Meals on Wheels and Café programs; maintain records.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow agency policies; assist in staff meetings and trainings.
