Job summary

Longo Lexus in El Monte, CA is seeking a Courtesy Vehicle Valet to ensure loaner vehicles are cleaned, gassed, and ready for hand-offs to guests. This on-site role supports Loan Car Representatives and requires a customer-service mindset and a valid driver’s license.

You will wash and dry vehicles, apply decals, manage keys/registrations, and help prep the fleet for the next day. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of six (6) months customer service experience.
• Ability to coordinate activities with other employees; read and comprehend instructions in English; work well with the public.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Wash and dry loan vehicles and ensure cleanliness.
• Apply decals and manage keys and registrations during hand-offs.
• Ensure loaners have at least half a tank of gas and are ready for the next day.
• Assist with check-in/out and communicate with Loan Car Representatives and Security.
• Support other service department tasks as needed.
