• Stage, inspect, and prepare courtesy vehicles for outgoing guests, ensuring cleanliness and fuel.
• Provide coverage during lunch periods and days off for the primary coordinator.
• Communicate proactively with service advisors on loaner availability and guest priority.
• Represent Crown Toyota's hospitality standard in every guest interaction.

The Courtesy Vehicle Coordinator is a critical part-time role that ensures guests are placed in a loaner vehicle quickly and professionally, covering the morning rush, lunch coverage, and days off so the program never falls behind.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Process loaner and courtesy vehicle check-outs and check-ins efficiently during the morning rush -- ensuring guests are placed in vehicles quickly, accurately, and with a professional first impression
• Complete all rental and loaner agreements accurately -- verifying driver information, documenting vehicle condition, and ensuring all paperwork is complete before the guest drives off
• Coordinate loaner vehicle availability -- tracking fleet status, return times, and availability to minimize guest wait times
• Stage, inspect, and prepare courtesy vehicles for outgoing guests -- ensuring each vehicle is clean, fueled, and ready
• Provide coverage during lunch periods and days off for the primary coordinator -- maintaining continuity so the program runs without gaps
• Communicate proactively with service advisors on loaner availability and guest priority
• Represent Crown Toyota's hospitality standard in every guest interaction -- the loaner experience is often a guest's first impression of how we treat people when something goes wrong with their vehicle

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -- required
• Organized and accurate under the pace of a high-volume morning rush -- able to process multiple guests efficiently without sacrificing accuracy or professionalism
• Clear, calm communicator -- guests dropping off their vehicle for service are often stressed, and the loaner experience sets the tone for their entire service visit
• Reliable and punctual -- the 6:30 AM start time is critical and the team depends on you being there
• Prior rental car, loaner coordination, or guest-facing hospitality experience a plus -- not required
• Comfortable with basic computer systems and paperwork -- loaner agreements need to be completed accurately every time

• A consistent part-time schedule -- Mon-Fri 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM and Saturday 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM
