Job summary

S&L Hospitality is seeking an AM/Breakfast Line Cook to join our team in Wisconsin. The role focuses on preparing ingredients, plating, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced kitchen. Candidates should have prior line or prep experience and be capable of standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality or food service experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and up to 70 lbs, and frequently 15 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
• Detail-oriented with focus on clean, safe environment.
• Able to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
• Must stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to handle knives and kitchen tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients utilizing proper techniques and utensils.
• Ensure proper plate presentation and orders meet guest expectations.
• Follow and practice food health and safety policies and procedures.
• Keep a sanitized and orderly workstation and kitchen environment.
• Check quality of ingredients and restock station as necessary.
