Job summary

S&L Hospitality is seeking a Morning (AM) Line and Prep Cook to support breakfast service. You will set up stations, prep ingredients, and ensure consistent dish presentation while adhering to health and safety standards.

The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work 5am–2pm to cover morning shifts in our Wisconsin restaurant. Ideal candidates have hospitality or food service experience and can work independently with a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or food service experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand and lift heavy items, and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Must communicate effectively in English and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients using proper techniques.
• Ensure plate presentation meets guest expectations.
• Follow and enforce food health and safety policies.
• Keep a sanitized, orderly workstation and kitchen.
• Check ingredient quality and restock as needed.
