S&L Hospitality is seeking an Experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team in Wisconsin. You will adhere to the restaurant menu and food health and safety procedures, using prior prep and line cook experience, and be available for dinner prep and service in the evenings.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of hospitality or food service experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or food service experience is required, 2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients utilizing proper techniques and utensils.
• Ensure proper plate presentation and orders meet guest expectations.
• Follow and practice food health and safety policies and procedures.
• Keep a sanitized and orderly workstation and kitchen environment.
• Check quality of ingredients, restock and replenish station as necessary.
