Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 248. The role runs Monday through Saturday 4am-12pm, five-day workweek, with a pay range of $13.50–$15.25 per hour.

You will oversee a safe, clean, stocked foodservice area and support other associates with foodservice programs and SOPs. Responsibilities include operating the HTG Oven, Roller Grill, keeping temperature logs, maintaining cleanliness, ordering supplies, training teammates, and ensuring compliance with food safety

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco.
• Ability to become Food Safety certified subject to state laws.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash, credit, coupons and payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety across foodservice areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide signature Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Stock, rotate and date food products; manage prep areas per SOPs.
• Operate POS, process transactions and manage cash with accuracy.
• Order foodservice supplies to prevent stockouts and support team.
• Train associates on foodservice programs and safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of all foodservice and store areas per SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and store policies.
• Support management in reducing waste and improving sales.
