Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a Food & Beverage Lead for Store 167 (First Shift). This on-site, full-time role runs Mon-Sat 4am-12pm with a pay range of $13.50–$15.25 per hour. You will oversee foodservice operations, ensure a safe and clean service area, and deliver the UDF Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.

You will manage food preparation, inventory, and staff training on SOPs, while maintaining compliance with alcohol and tobacco sales regulations and health/safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco.
• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to become Food Safety certified subject to state laws and company policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests warmly and ensure the store is prepared for Guests at all times.
• Prepare shakes, ice cream, and other DipSide items; manage dips and beverage preparations.
• Operate POS system accurately for transactions, gas sales, and handling payments.
• Stock shelves, displays and cold cases; ensure proper rotation and date checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across all foodservice areas and equipment.
• Coordinate with management to ensure foodservice programs are followed and staff trained.
• Monitor temperatures and ensure food safety procedures are followed.
• Assist with ordering and inventory to minimize out-of-stocks.
