Job summary

Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC, is seeking a Dining Room Support role to assist Dining Room Servers and Supervisors in delivering world-class food and beverage service to guests. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant desirable.
• Ability to read orders and work with standard service procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve water to guests and replenish throughout the meal.
• Reset tables to Inn specifications and Biltmore standards.
• Assist in delivering food, seating guests, and reading order tickets.
• Maintain knowledge of table numbers, section assignments, and dress code.
• Assist with opening/closing side duties and stocking supplies.
