Qualifications

• Previous guest/customer service experience is preferred.
• Commitment to delivering world class guest service and the ability to work successfully as part of a dynamic, guest-service oriented team.
• Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to perform essential job functions with speed and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to be proactive and take initiative as appropriate.
• Should be able to anticipate and understand guest needs, and follow up with them appropriately.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment with deadlines, and exercise good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the correct food items promptly and accurately to the appropriate guests.
• Offer appropriate condiments table side with courses.
• Anticipate guests needs and maintain positive guest relations.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas.
• Communicate requests from guests to servers, kitchen staff and/or bartender.
• Maintain knowledge of table and seat numbers, section assignments, and dress code.
• Comply with all service and kitchen procedures, sanitation and food safety regulations.
• Be familiar with Biltmore services, features and events to respond to guest inquiries.
• Strictly abide by liquor regulations and restrictions.
