Job summary

The Resort at Longboat Key Club is seeking a dedicated Line Cook (A.M.) to join our culinary team in Longboat Key, Florida. Responsibilities include preparing breakfast and brunch dishes with focus on quality, presentation, and timely service in a fast-paced resort kitchen.

Applicants should have prior line cook experience, knowledge of cooking techniques, ability to work early shifts, and strong teamwork. Food Handler’s Certification or willingness to obtain is required.

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work early morning shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
