Job summary

The Resort at Longboat Key Club in Florida is seeking a Line Cook (PM) to craft high-quality dinners during the evening shift. You will follow established recipes, maintain clean stations, and collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver outstanding dining experiences for guests in a fast-paced, luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook or similar kitchen role is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Food Handler’s certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to meet guest satisfaction and maintain efficient kitchen operations.
• Ensure food quality, portion control, and timely delivery of dishes.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations and practices.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Adapt and respond quickly to any special dietary needs or requests.
