Cart.com is seeking a detail-oriented MoR Accountant to own end-to-end MoR accounting operations. You will manage payment processing, settlements, tax compliance, and financial reporting across multiple brands, ensuring robust controls and accurate reconciliations.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years in payments or related fields, strong Excel and SQL skills, and hands-on experience with ERP systems like NetSuite or Dynamics 365. This role supports US operations with clear advancement potential.

Formación

• Three to seven years of experience in payments operations, merchant services, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, settlements, merchant accounts, and financial controls.
• Hands-on experience preparing reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close support.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience analyzing large datasets.
• Working knowledge of SQL and reporting or analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own the accounting and operational oversight of Merchant of Record activities across supported brands.
• Monitor and resolve urgent payment exceptions, including settlement failures, payment holds, chargebacks, and significant refunds.
• Maintain rigorous transaction-level review processes to minimize errors, prevent revenue leakage, and ensure financial accuracy.
• Serve as the primary liaison for payment processing, settlements, reconciliations, tax compliance, and financial reporting related to MoR operations.
• Perform and oversee reconciliations between payment platforms, banking activity, operational systems, and the general ledger.
• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and reporting.
