Job summary

Tyree Oil Eugene is seeking an Accounting Specialist to perform month-end close, bank reconciliations, fixed asset processing, and balance sheet management from our Eugene, Oregon location.

The role requires 2+ years in accounting/finance, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite) and Excel. Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities are essential. This is a full-time, day-shift position with potential overtime during month-end close.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years accounting or finance experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Demonstrated ERP system competency.
• Intermediate Excel spreadsheet skills.
• Experience with NetSuite ERP a plus.
• Strong communication skills and be deadline- and detail-oriented.
• Adept at handling multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete a range of month-end close related responsibilities.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist with fixed asset processing and reporting.
• Answer accounting and financial questions by researching data.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
• Prepare documentation for annual audit by external firm.
• Perform ad-hoc research and projects as needed.
• Assist with cash flow analysis.
