Job summary

ETS-Lindgren is seeking an Accounting Admin to perform general accounting tasks, project accounting, and month-end close activities. You will assist with tax-exempt documentation, support AR and AP teams, and handle other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager.

The role requires a bachelor’s in accounting and 1–3 years of accounting experience. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel and a solid understanding of USGAAP are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience.
• Intermediate MS Office and Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of USGAAP principles.

Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting administrative tasks, project accounting activities, and month-end close tasks including analysis and journal entries.
• Manage the collection, review, and processing of tax-exempt customer documentation.
• Support Accounts Receivable in managing customer accounts and activity.
• Support Accounts Payable by reviewing, investigating, and resolving unmatched invoices.
• Other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager.
