Job summary

Tyree Oil is seeking a Fuel Pricing Specialist to coordinate supplier and customer pricing, enter data, generate reports, and support the Finance team. The role collaborates with Transportation and Sales to align pricing and drive accuracy across documents and invoices.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in accounting/analyst roles, Associate degree, strong ERP skills (NetSuite preferred), and a keen eye for detail. Occasional overtime may be required; in-person at Eugene, OR location.

Qualifications

ERP competency and analytical mindset.
Proficient Excel and data entry accuracy.
Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
Strong communication and deadline-driven work ethic.
Ability to streamline manual processes and automate where possible.
Comfort with AI/automation improving efficiency.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with suppliers to receive pricing via electronic means and calculate pricing formulas.
Update supplier pricing information in the accounting system and generate reports.
Provide customers with quotes via email or phone based on pricing schedules.
Process supplier deliveries and enter data into the accounting system.
Process customer deliveries from dispatch software and reflect in accounting system.
Reconcile monthly inventories and compile sales information for customers.
