Farmers Group Inc. is seeking a Sr. Field Territory Manager for Montana to lead growth across independent agencies. You will prospect, appoint agencies, drive profitable premium growth, and manage relationships while promoting Foremost products within the territory. The role is field-based with weekly travel across Montana.

The position requires leadership, strategic planning, and performance tracking to meet financial targets and expand market share.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CIC, CPCU, or insurance licenses preferred upon hire.
• Minimum three years of insurance sales and management work experience.

Aufgaben

• Owns and manages assigned territory driving profitable growth to achieve financial and operational targets.
• Develops agency partnerships and acts as a trusted advisor to agents.
• Promotes and supports Foremost products and services within the territory.
• Travel weekly within Montana as part of field work.
