Farmers Insurance is seeking a field-based Territory Manager in Montana with weekly travel across the state. The role focuses on growing a portfolio of Foremost independent agencies, building strong agency partnerships, and driving profitable premium growth while meeting financial and operational goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• CIC, CPCU, or insurance licenses are preferred upon hire.
• Minimum three years of insurance sales and management experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns and manages an assigned territory to drive profitable growth and meet financial targets.
• Develops and promotes the available Foremost products and services within the territory.
• Builds mutually beneficial agency partnerships and acts as a trusted advisor to agents and ownership staff.
