Job summary

Recovery Monitoring Solutions LLC is seeking a candidate to administer drug testing and install/manage electronic monitoring devices, including data management. The role involves taking assignments across drug testing and monitoring duties, with rotating duties as directed by management.

The position requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Ability to work under pressure with composure and a pleasant manner.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment with interruptions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to install, remove, or maintain monitoring technologies.
• Schedule installation and maintenance appointments for referrals.
• Manage daily communications, equipment alerts, and maintenance items.
• Create customer accounts and track participants, including payments.
• Deliver reports on completion, non-compliance, and payments to agencies.
• Administer urine analyses per protocol and chain of custody.
• Coordinate with billing and maintenance staff.
