Job summary

Recovery Monitoring Solutions LLC seeks a detail–oriented technician to administer drug testing and install/manage electronic monitoring devices. The role includes customer service with agencies, scheduling, and daily equipment alerts.

You will create and maintain participant accounts, deliver reports on completion, non-compliance and payments, and administer urine analyses per protocol. Some travel may be required; a clean background is essential, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 is

Job description

Individual is responsible for administering drug testing and responsible for installing and managing electronic device installation/maintenance/and data management to include alcohol monitoring and location monitoring. This candidate will be assigned a primary duty of either drug testing or electronic monitoring installation but will need to accept assignments to the other duties as needed (daily, weekly, or ad hoc) or as assigned on a rotating basis as directed my Management.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:o Meet with clients to install, remove, or perform maintenance on the monitoring technologies and provide customer service duties to clients and the agencies served.o Schedules installation appointments for all new referrals and maintenance appointments.o Manages daily communication and equipment alerts and maintenance items.o Creates individual customer accounts and tracks participants as well as taking payments for services provided.o Delivers participant completion, non-compliance and payment reports to appropriate supervising agencies.o Administers Urine Analyses samples per protocol and chain of custody procedures (on job training)o Manages daily communication with billing and maintenance items.o 6 months of customer service experienceo Clean Backgroundo Some travel may be requiredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIESo Must exhibit ability to work under pressure and maintain composure and pleasant mannero Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required.o Prioritize tasks appropriately and complete in timely manner.o Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with multiple interruptions.o Proficient in Microsoft Office O365.o Bend, stoop, lift objects up to 10lbs., and maintain mobility necessary to perform minimum functions associated with the position
