Qualifications

• 1 year of proven Customer Service experience.
• Clean background and able to pass a drug screen.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to bend, stoop and lift up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Administers Urinal Analyses samples per protocol and chain of custody procedures.
• Manages daily communication, billing and maintenance items.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Performs computer data entry.
• Works within a team structure.
• Defines problems, collects and analyzes data to determine valid solutions.
• Recognizes and meets the needs of customers/end users.
• Maintains focus while interacting with disagreeable customers/end users.
• Plans, organizes and assigns the work of others.
• Applies policies, procedures and best practices.
• Training and certification will be provided.
