Job summary

Beacon Mobility is seeking a Van Monitor in Massachusetts to support clients with safe transportation. Starting pay is $18/hour, increasing to $18.54 on August 24th, with potential for full-time hours.

Shifts typically run between 6:00am and 8:00pm, and additional hours may be available as ride-share driving in between routes. You will monitor client behavior, assist with entry/exit, secure seating, and maintain clear English communication with clients and staff.

Qualifications

• Age 19+.
• Ability to pass a background check, CORI & SORI.

• Safely assist clients as needed, including helping them enter and exit the vehicle and secure them in seats.
• Communicate effectively in English with clients, parents, program staff, and JYL staff.
