Job summary

JYL Transportation, Inc. is seeking a Van Monitor in Massachusetts. The role offers starting pay of $18 per hour, increasing to $18.54 on August 24th, with potential for full-time hours and various benefits. Shifts run between 6:00am–8:00pm, with flexibility to run errands or take on ride-share hours in between.

Qualifications include being 19+, and the ability to pass CORI & SORI background checks. Training is provided, including classroom and on-the-job components.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years or older.
• Ability to pass CORI & SORI background checks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor clients' behavior to provide guidance, feedback, and direction as needed.
• Safely assist clients with entering/exiting the vehicle and securing them in car seats/booster seats.
• Communicate clearly in English with clients, parents, program staff, and JYL staff.
