Job summary

Hex is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Monetization to join the Growth & Monetization group in New York or San Francisco. You will own monetization journeys, pricing, and billing systems to scale growth.

Collaboration with Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Data is essential. You will drive monetization bets, design pricing structures, and build infrastructure to accelerate pricing experiments while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in pricing, billing, monetization or related AI products.
• Ability to scope to outcomes and ship quickly.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional influence.
• Technical depth from engineering or product management on AI/infrastructure products.

Responsibilities

• Build a clear monetization journey from evaluation to purchase and expansion.
• Monetize new products and features with pricing and packaging structures.
• Drive larger monetization initiatives across the company, incl. internationalization.
• Build billing systems and infrastructure to support pricing experimentation and smooth rollouts.
