Job summary

Hex Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Monetization to join our Growth & Monetization group. You will understand our users, buyers, internal systems, and market dynamics to develop pricing structures, billing systems, and user experiences that scale and drive growth.

You’ll work with a Product, Engineering and Design pod and collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Data. This is a full-time role based out of either of our New York, NY or San Francisco, CA offices.

Qualifications

• Monetization expertise with pricing, billing, or AI product experience.
• Ability to scope to outcomes, ship quickly, and reduce ambiguity.
• Strong communication and cross-functional influence across teams.
• Background as an engineer or PM on infrastructure/AI products.
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to translate needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build a cohesive monetization journey from evaluation to purchase and expansion.
• Design pricing and packaging structures aligned with how data leaders buy.
• Identify and drive larger monetization initiatives across the company, including new products and internationalization.
• Develop and enhance billing systems and infrastructure to enable rapid pricing experimentation.
