Hex is seeking an experienced full-stack Software Engineer to join our Growth & Monetization group. You’ll build growth-focused features across onboarding, activation nudges, pricing and billing that delight customers and move metrics.

Work with Product, Design, Data and Marketing to drive business outcomes, run thoughtful A/B tests, and instrument robust analytics. This full-time role can be based in New York, SF, or remotely in the United States.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, experimentation, billing, or customer-focused products.

Responsibilities

• Build growth-focused features across onboarding, activation nudges, and billing.
• Balance experimentation with product sense and drive key outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Data and Marketing to align on growth priorities.
