Stripe is seeking a Monetization and Contract Success (MACS) Specialist to guide complex commercial agreements through pre-signature review, ensuring terms are clear and implementable in Stripe’s systems. You will work with cross-functional partners—Pricing, Legal, Billing, Accounting, Sales, Engineering, and Revenue teams—to align objectives with operational capabilities and reduce deal friction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in commercial contracting, deal management, legal operations, monetization operations, pricing activation, billing operations, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret commercial and legal language and translate complex contract terms into clear operational requirements.
• Experience reviewing commercial agreements and partnering with Legal or risk/control functions; experience supporting commercial negotiations is valued.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to synthesize information and drive decisions.
• Proven ability to manage high volume work with attention to detail and strong organization.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a subject-matter expert across the commercial contract lifecycle, advising deal owners on the supportability elements of sales contract reviews.
• Review and interpret commercial and legal terms, identify operational requirements and risks, and prepare agreements for review.
• Partner with multiple teams to align commercial objectives with operational capabilities.
• Review and advise on commercial terms to balance user needs, Stripe’s objectives, feasibility, and risk.
• Own onboarding of custom contracts and pricing terms into Stripe’s billing and financial systems.
