Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting a Clinical Representative for Monarch Urology, based in Santa Clara, CA. This field-based role focuses on procedural support, education, and increasing utilization within the territory.

You will deliver clinical demonstrations, train customers, and collaborate with sales leadership to achieve account goals while navigating a regulated healthcare environment. This opportunity supports surgeons and clinicians across the Bay Area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of relevant experience or an associate degree/medical certification with 5+ years.
• Clinical, medical device technical and/or sales experience is required.
• Experience in urology or surgical robotics is preferred.
• Ability to explain technical/clinical concepts to physicians and staff is required.
• Strong customer service, organization, and collaboration skills are required.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% in the territory is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Hospital credentialing and compliance with access requirements is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural support and technical expertise to physicians, nurses, and staff.
• Build strong customer relationships through education, training, and service.
• Support account development to increase utilization.
• Assist with product and clinical demonstrations and training events.
• Identify educational opportunities to improve proficiency and adoption.
• Collaborate with Area Sales Leader to support objectives and referrals.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams for questions and reporting.
• Maintain expert-level product knowledge and understanding of workflows.
• Deliver high professionalism and compliance in customer interactions.
• Lead and support sales activities to ensure products are in-stock and used.
