Job summary

Maple Hospitality Group is seeking a capable General Manager for a premier Dallas location. You will lead a high-volume, upscale team, ensure exceptional service, and uphold sanitation, cost controls, and safety standards.

The GM partners with the front-of-house leadership to drive guest satisfaction and daily operations. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong P&L understanding, strategic staffing, VIP relationship management, and a polished professional presence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of managerial experience in upscale restaurants.
• Warm, hospitable personality with VIP relationship skills.
• Experience with P&L and COGS and coordinating with accounting.
• Strong leadership, staffing, and staff development.
• Clear communication and professional appearance.
