Maple Hospitality Group is expanding its distinguished team in New York. We seek a seasoned hospitality leader with a track record in high-volume upscale settings to drive guest satisfaction and financial performance.

You will partner with the GM and Finance to optimize operations, coach FOH managers, and ensure top-tier service while maintaining brand standards and a vibrant workplace culture.

Qualifications

• 3 years of managerial experience in a high volume, upscale restaurant/hospitality establishment.
• Warm, hospitable personality who is guest focused and able to build relationships with investors and VIP clients.
• Experience with P&L and COGS and interaction with accounting personnel.
• Collaborate with Finance to set and maintain financial goals.
• Excellent leadership in staffing, managing FOH staff and Managers.
• Able to think on your feet and make decisions with minimal supervision.
• Polished professional with appearance pride.
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to changing software technologies and operations processes.

Responsibilities

• Resolve any customer or employee complaint.
• Assist GM in accomplishing company goals by accepting GM assigned tasks and adding value.
• Manage and develop Floor Managers.
• Audit menu items to guarantee food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Maintain safe, sanitary, and healthy working environment per regulations.
• Adjust environment, music, lighting, and temperature to suit atmosphere.
• Stay informed on industry trends and network with press/publications.
• Assist GM in overseeing managers’ purchasing, inventory, and supplier relations.
• Recruit and train exceptional staff to meet and exceed standards.
• Review expenditures with accounting to ensure budget compliance and performance.
