Job summary

Monarch Restaurant in Dallas, part of Maple Hospitality Group, seeks an Assistant General Manager to drive exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. You will support the GM, lead Front-of-House managers, and elevate service standards across a high-volume destination.

You will partner with Finance on budgets, oversee purchasing and staffing, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a guest-centric culture that aligns with the company’s four

Qualifications

• 3 years of managerial experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant/hospitality establishment.
• Warm, hospitable personality focused on guests and investors/VIP clients.
• Experience with P&L and COGS and interaction with accounting personnel.
• Collaboration with Finance to set and maintain financial goals.
• Excellent leadership in staffing, managing FOH staff and Managers.
• Ability to communicate clearly to staff and GM, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
