Job summary

Maple Hospitality Group is seeking a seasoned restaurant manager to lead a high-volume operation and refine SOPs to optimize revenue while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will recruit, train, and develop hourly staff, collaborate with culinary and service teams, audit menus, and ensure sanitation and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of management in a high-volume restaurant.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive revenue while maintaining service standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication; guest-focused attitude.
• Experience in developing SOPs, training programs and staff scheduling.
• Proficient with MS Office and restaurant POS systems.
