OP is seeking a Manufacturing IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end IT service operations in our Greensboro facility, focusing on MOM/MES (Siemens Opcenter) support and incident/change management. You will drive operational stability, process maturity, and continuous improvement through strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT operations/service management in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership delivering technical support and service improvements in manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills, able to present to management and peers.
• Proficiency with ticket systems and standard business tools.
• Hands-on understanding of DevOps practices supporting reliable releases.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end IT service operations including incident, problem, change, and release management.
• Manage MOM/MES (Siemens Opcenter) updates, patches, and integrations.
• Deliver data-driven operational reporting and performance metrics.
• Lead Kaizen initiatives to improve reliability, efficiency, and user experience.
• Mentor and lead the operations support team; foster collaborative culture and accountability.
• Engage with stakeholders across operations, quality, maintenance, and engineering to optimize processes.
