Job summary

onsemi is seeking a Manufacturing Applications IT Leader / Service Delivery Manager to lead MES, equipment automation, and manufacturing data at the Gresham, OR site. You will partner with IT teams to ensure service delivery and drive continuous improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration with operations, engineering, quality, and logistics to optimize site performance.

Qualifications

• BS/BBA/MS/MBA in Computer Science, MIS or related IT field.
• 7+ years in semiconductor/manufacturing and 5+ years leading teams.
• Able to identify needs, formulate solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
• Familiar with project management concepts and multi-task coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team focusing on MES, equipment automation, and related data.
• Coordinate with IT application and infrastructure teams to ensure uptime and deliver improvements.
• Develop and deliver a strategy for new solutions, risk management, and improvements.
• Oversee creation and enhancement of software in response to business priorities.
• Build and maintain relationships with IT peers, stakeholders, and vendors.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Manage KPIs for site uptime, incidents, and service levels.
• Lead cross-functional teams and document procedures for issue resolution.
