Job summary

Toyota Tsusho Systems is seeking a Manufacturing IT Service Delivery Manager - Operations Support to lead on-site service operations for MOM/MES (Siemens Opcenter) applications, ensuring uptime, quality, and efficiency in manufacturing environments.

The role emphasizes incident/problem/change/release management, data-driven reporting, Kaizen initiatives, and staff leadership to drive continuous improvement and alignment with production schedules, business SLAs, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT operations/service management in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, or related field or commensurate experience.
• Experience leading IT service delivery for MOM/MES environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to drive root-cause actions.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary IT contact for plant operations on MOM/Opcenter; align priorities to production schedules and SLAs.
• Own and mature Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Release processes; track MTTR and change success rate.
• Lead major incident command, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and executive communication.
