Job summary

Natera, based in Boulder, CO, is hiring a Clinical Lab Supervisor to lead lab operations, oversee staff performance, and ensure adherence to CLIA/CAP guidelines. You will coach, train, and coordinate with management to meet quality objectives while maintaining HIPAA/PHI protections and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes staff supervision, performance reviews, and CAPA initiatives in a fast-paced molecular diagnostics environment. On-site work is required with potential weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years as Medical Technologist or equivalent in a clinical lab.
• Current MT/MLS/CLS certification preferable (ASCP/AMT/AAB).
• Proven leadership experience and ability to handle projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lab staff performance and coaching.
• Ensure SOPs, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Train new hires and administer CAPA processes as needed.
• Review data, ensure case samples are processed and accounted for.
• Collaborate with managers, HR, and interdepartmental teams.
