Job summary

Adaptive Biotechnologies in Seattle seeks a Supervisor, CLO Area to oversee day-to-day clinical lab personnel in a high-throughput diagnostic setting. The role ensures compliance with CLIA/CAP/NYS/FDA and regulatory requirements while coordinating work across shifts and teams.

You will lead performance management, training, incident investigations, and ensure competency for high-complexity testing per 42 CFR 493.1495 and 493.1463.

Qualifications

• Earned BS degree in a Chemical, Physical or Biological Science from an accredited institution, with >4 years of pertinent molecular lab experience, including high-complexity lab work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-quality processing of specimens through the laboratory using molecular biology methods.
