Job summary

Natera is seeking a Clinical Lab Supervisor to lead laboratory staff, coach team members, and coordinate with management to achieve quality objectives. The role emphasizes supervision, training, and adherence to CLIA/CAP guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring SOP compliance, coordinating shift activities, and driving continuous improvement while maintaining high professional standards and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or Master’s with CLIA laboratory experience as described.
• Leadership and staff supervision required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, troubleshooting, and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lab staff performance and coaching to meet goals.
• Ensure all samples are processed and documented per SOPs.
• Lead shift meetings and staff training; manage timecards and PTO.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audits; implement CAPA actions when needed.
• Collaborate with department to resolve issues and improve processes.
