Qualifications

• BS/BA in a biological science or equivalent; MS preferred.
• California licensed Clinical Lab Scientist or CGMBS preferred.
• 10+ years in laboratory administration or related field.
• 5+ years of management & leadership experience
• 5+ years of high-complexity-testing, high volume lab operations

Responsibilities

• Develop policies, procedures, and performance standards.
• Lead trouble-shooting teams to address urgent issues.
• Oversee day-to-day production, equipment qualification, and training.
• Maintain resources to match demand and projections.
• Organize training programs for staff and ensure HIPAA/PHI training.
